Original Versus Chain Gang |
|
This means when a chain is fitted it is not provided with the full support required and prone to accelerated wear and tear. Using a laser to cut the sprockets gives a tolerance of just 0.1 millimeter. At five times the accuracy of the industry standard, this is the beginning to what makes the Chain Gang sprocket so superior. All Chain Gang sprockets are flame hardened to dramatically increase the level of hardness around each tooth. While this process is time consuming, it is the key to the performance, adding valuable mileage to the already perfect tooth.
